Lauren Whitaker

Lauren Whitaker has worked in schools for over 15 years as a Teaching Assistant, Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) and Special Educational Needs Manager. She has extensive experience supporting neurodiverse children and their families, helping to identify and respond to each child’s individual strengths and needs. Her work focuses on creating nurturing, inclusive environments where children feel understood, supported and able to reach their potential. Lauren is passionate about working alongside families, teachers and professionals to empower learning, encourage development and help children thrive both in school and beyond.
