Dr Naomi Fisher
Psychologist
Dr Naomi Fisher is a clinical psychologist and EMDR-Europe trainer who works with children, adolescents and adults. She specialises in trauma, autism and alternative approaches to education.
From an early age, she has been driven by curiosity, asking why things are the way they are and whether they could be different. This perspective continues to shape her work, where she explores questions around how children learn, whether school always meets their needs, and how widely held beliefs about parenting stand up in practice.
Her work brings together psychological research, clinical experience and a thoughtful, open-minded approach to supporting families. She is particularly interested in approaches that challenge traditional systems and offer more flexible ways of helping children who may not thrive in conventional educational settings.
Through her work, Dr Fisher supports parents and professionals to think differently about children’s behaviour, learning and emotional wellbeing.
