# Peter Ruppert Jr

Peter Ruppert is the founder of Anxiety Fitness, a platform dedicated to supporting people affected by anxiety and panic disorder. Drawing on his own experiences, he shares practical advice, coping strategies and encouragement through social media and online content. Through Anxiety Fitness, Peter has built a community focused on helping people better understand anxiety and develop the confidence to manage it. He is passionate about improving mental health education for young people and advocates for the positive role that social media can play in creating connection, reducing stigma and encouraging support-seeking. His work aims to turn personal challenges into practical support and hope for others.
