Her work focuses on trauma, sensory processing, neurodivergence and emotional wellbeing. With more than 20 years' experience supporting individuals and families, she combines counselling, trauma-informed practice and holistic approaches to help young people better understand themselves and navigate life's challenges. She has specialist training in ADHD, trauma, sensory processing and neuroaffirming practice, and is passionate about creating safe, supportive environments where children and young people can build confidence, resilience and thrive.
