### Mental Health Advocate

Jenny Langley is a prominent UK-based mental health advocate, author, and trainer specialising in eating disorders and the New Maudsley Approach. She is widely recognised for her work supporting families and carers, drawing from her lived experience after her son recovered from anorexia.
