Their work aims to improve the assessment and diagnostic process for neurodivergent children and reduce barriers to accessing support. Using data-driven research, Dr Johnson explores how children's individual strengths and needs can be better understood, helping to identify more effective ways of supporting young people and their families. They are particularly interested in early identification, personalised support and improving outcomes for neurodivergent children.
